Born of frustration… Recently a friend brought me to a seminar, I’ve probably heard them all, this one however introduced a concept, which in over 30 years, was new. The frustration was that it concluded without the necessary tools to make the concepts, ingrained and usable effortlessly into one’s life. I saw firsthand how excited attendees left, quickly fleeting the days after, as the excitement waned and turned into frustration, the lesson, a distant, unused memory, sad and such a waste. For me, I used this technology of WINstructions OSP, like I always do after a seminar and the lessons became me. More important, my friend, who brought me, experienced the same frustration. I shared with him the technology of WINstructions OSP and witnessed the possibilities as this neurotransformational system breathed life, and the seeds become him… And, which is more, WINosp was born…

WINosp™ does not mean to finish first in everything one does, it could, but it doesn’t have to, and it really shouldn’t. What WINosp means is getting all from your life that you choose for yourself, not allowing the negative programs to set limitations on you. Take a simple thing like washing dishes, where winning probably doesn’t mean having the cleanest dishes or washing them faster than anyone else, but it means enjoying it, living the moment, understanding the incredible gift bestowed, to make a person life better, by them having clean dishes to eat off of, there is simply no better reward then to make another’s life better, it don’t matter what you do, what matters, is how you interpret, react, and are present in, what it is. Being everything that you are humanly capable of being, within physiological limitations. Loving/living the adventure, of every unforgiving minute.
Definition: WINstruction™ (pronounced win-struction) is the proper language/code that the dominant, subconscious understands; often subtly, to dramatically different, then the linguistics of the conscious mind; always engineered around excellence in, performance, behavior, attitudinal characteristics and emotional IQ.
Definition: WINstructionsOSP ™ OSP (operating system processing/programming) WINosp for short is the process of programming WINstructions changing and improving the process to obtain winning results. Using programming methods to penetrate the filter (critical-analytical factor) of the conscious mind, made up of timed suggestion, subliminal messaging, hypnotherapeutic techniques, guided visual imagery, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), autosuggestion, WINself-talk, Delta Alpha and Theta, Beta states… Best described as neurotransformational™… most important with the common theme in all educational programs is that there is little take away and we have been conditioned that this is normal. WINstructions™…paradigm of winning thought/processing
Premise: All human beings constantly carry on a conversation with themselves. It’s the quality of this self-talk that determines the quality of one’s life. WINstructions are carefully designed, programs/suggestions/instructions engineered to program the subconscious mind to win/perform/love and transform one’s life and to win in everything one does, whether it’s winning in sports, health, endurance, productivity, fitness, school, memory, relationships, and so much more.
How WINstructionsos™ operating system works… Just like your computer has an operating system that controls every aspect of your computer, your mind as an operating system that rests between your conscious and subconscious mind and draws from data/beliefs/traits that rests in your subconscious mind it’s this part of your brain that plain and simple controls everything that you do in life.
Your conscious mind has a filter called the critical/analytical factor, think of it like your antivirus software however often malfunctioning or functioning counter intuitively to what you may want to achieve. Example, you mentally say to yourself I’m not going to hit the ball in the sand trap, what happens though, that’s right, in the sand trap it goes. If I tell you don’t think about a pink elephant in the room, what do think about now?
If you tell yourself I’m not going to procrastinate on this project, what happens you end up doing it last-minute, if you’re lucky? Winstructions are about the science of getting through the critical analytical factor, penetrating into the subconscious mind and changing the operating system/beliefs to one of accomplishment, success, fulfillment and infinite possibilities… Most important with WINstructiontools it is automatic, it happens as you do, what you do, such as work on your computer, listen to music, use your cell phone etc. at this point so many people ask …
Why does the critical/analytical factor work against us at times? For the most part it’s trying to protect you, as a young child you don’t possess this ability, that’s why it’s critical to make sure that you set the right programs in your child’s mind as you get older your critical analytical factor now wants to only allow the information in that you tell it is good, however at the same time protecting the status quo. Believing the status quo was the intent, in some ways all information is stored in the subconscious mind, the critical/analytical factor decides where to file it. Should it be right there on top of your desk, in the filing cabinet in your desk, filing cabinet next to the desk, filing cabinet in the storage room, or one somewhere far off.
Repetition anchored with pleasure, proper reasoning, clear instructions(WINstructions), WINself talk and highly transformational states(Alpha, Theta) allow programs to enter through the critical/analytical factor and be filed “top of mind” therefore reacting to stimulus through a filter that you for the first time build for yourself.
… “Is this brainwashing?” 50 years ago, as crazy as this sounds, the average American lit 4000 a year, of these things that looked like a 5 inch long white pencils, inhaled smoke from them. The first few times they did this they coughed, choked, after a while, spit-up black tar like mucus, and sometimes even blood, it even made them stink.
… But women felt sexy, hot, and slim and men felt powerful, rugged, and macho when they smoked them. They even had slogans like “Winston tastes good like a cigarette should” I didn’t know smoke taste good, did you? What if it was “Winston taste like puke” would it be hit? Or “I would walk a mile for Camel” now that’s a really long way to walk, I don’t know if I’d walk that far for a lobster dinner, what is the message/program? Hard to believe that anyone fell for it. What if it was, “I wouldn’t smoke that crap, even if you paid me to”. Or still another one “Newport alive with pleasure” how incredible, is that brainwashing? Breathing in disgusting smoke and being programmed that it causes you to be, alive with pleasure? What if they said “Newport dead with pain” or “Virginia Slims” was instead “Flint Fats” “Lucky strike” was “unlucky strike”. How would you feel then? Is that brainwashing?
Now think about this for a second, isn’t it amazing that a human could be made/programmed/brainwashed to smoke a cigarette when at first it makes them cough and choke? When you think about it, that’s incredible power and control/brainwashing over another person isn’t it? I use this example because when you think about it it’s really hard to believe but if I pointed this out 50 years ago it wouldn’t sound so ridiculous when you saw these commercials every single day. Right now, you’re being programmed all the time, modern-day example “like me” on Facebook powerful programming/brainwashing, why? Because for the most part people don’t make decisions for themselves, they have other people make decisions for them. If everyone else is doing it, then I should do it. We are highly, highly influenced/programmed/brainwashed by what everyone else is doing.
Back to your original question “is this brainwashing”? It really all depends how you define brainwashing. Is it brainwashing, when a child, during the most influential years of their lives, is told no you can’t thirty times, for every one yes you can, a 30 to 1 ratio, no, no you can’t, no don’t do that, no, no, no, no you don’t and 20 more no’s before the next yes, if you want to call WINosp brainwashing, so be it, call it as you wish. If you’re going to call choosing the exact attributes/programs/beliefs that you want planted in your mind brainwashing, than call that brainwashing. But I venture, that brainwashing is when someone else is in control and makes you believe/programs/brainwashes you to behave in a way that does not benefit you. When an advertiser/brainwasher makes you feel a certain way, in order to fit in, for their financial gain that’s what I call brainwashing. When your environment/upbringing causes you to have low self-esteem, doubt, and fear, lack confidence, etc. and you fall victim to the programming of your environment, I call that brainwashing.
What WINosp really is, is un-brainwashing or brain-cleaning or better yet, let’s call it precisely what it is: it is choosing the exact attributes/programs/beliefs that you want for yourself, not your environment choosing, not advertisers choosing, not some other person choosing, but you choosing, maybe for the first time, you are in control, you are in charge, no one else, you build you, you engineer the person that you want to be, you engineer you, maybe just maybe, the person you always dreamed you could be, the person you always wanted to be, maybe the person you were born to be…
…WINwashing™/WINcleaning™ one of the tools of WINosp is the cleaning of programs that were sowed by others, without your permission, by maybe a parent with well-meant intentions such as: “clean your plate and then you get a treat/to play” rewarded for gorging yourself, leading to weight issues or others that don’t have your best interest in mind, but their best interest in mind, or simply being victim of your environment.
Background and foundation
1) It was Sigmund Freud that first coined the term subconscious mind and he described it this way, the mind is like an iceberg, it’s composed of two parts your dominant subconscious mind 90% of your mind …picture the part of the iceberg that is underwater and your submissive conscious mind 10% the part above the water in other words your subconscious mind dominates your thinking.
All day long there is a “battle” going on between the conscious mind in the subconscious mind, for example the conscious mind may say, “I’m going to do this project right away” your subconscious mind says, “but it’s not due for a week”, you conscious mind says, “I’m going to eat healthy” you subconscious mind says, “that’s what you think buster let’s go have some ice cream” and of course this is a conversation that takes place every day constantly, when you’re taking a shower, driving your car, every moment of the day, we all talk to ourselves, don’t we?
You just did it now, didn’t you? It’s the quality of this “self-talk”, this “processing of data”, this way of “reasoning” with the information that’s in your memory bank, the hard drive called the subconscious, that above all else in life, above all things, above your genetics, whether you’re born on the right side of the tracks or the wrong side of tracks, whether you have a high IQ or low IQ, whether you believe you have a handicap or a blessing, whether you’re black , white, male female, tall, short, a great athlete, poor athlete. It’s this quality of conversation, this self-talk, this reasoning ability, this operating/processing system, that determines more than all else the quality of your life. That’s right; the quality of your life and how much you love or hate it, is a direct reflection, a mirror image, a precise equivalent of, what you knowingly or (for almost everyone) unknowingly placed in your hard drive and how you process it.
2) Your subconscious mind is programmed using repetition anything your subconscious mind hears over and over and over again it will believe no matter how ridiculous, how insane, or utterly over-the-top, it doesn’t matter your subconscious mind cannot reason, cannot figure out, has no common sense, it’s simply a large memory bank/hard drive, and any information/data, that enters the subconscious mind becomes part of the “belief” and “security” structure of the subconscious mind as in the case of a compulsive degenerate liar eventually believing even his very own lies, have you ever met someone like that? It’s amazing, isn’t it? Now it’s this belief/security structure that becomes the operating system of your subconscious mind and most important, your life. Anything your subconscious mind hears over and over and over again it eventually believes.
3) Your subconscious mind behaves for two reasons and only two reasons, all day long it tries to take you to what it considers pleasure, and to stay away from pain, now you may say I don’t know if I agree with that I know it would be more pleasurable for me to be fit, to lose the weight, but my subconscious mind keeps telling me to have a piece of chocolate cake. Well let’s think about that, let’s think about the exact messages that you’ve given to your subconscious mind based on the three lessons you’ve learned so far.
When you’re hungry and you have weight as an issue in your life you probably don’t say I’m hungry do you, you probably say something like “I’m s t a r v I ng” or worst yet “I’m so hungry I could eat a… horse” now could you really, really eat a horse? Do you think that’s a good message to plant into your subconscious mind and make that part of your operating system if you want to finally want to become fat-free and fabulously fit forever? Of course not or how about the messages planted by others for example your mother “clean the plate… starving children in Africa” or “clean the plate… then you get your treat” think about that message, you are put on a guilt trip or rewarded for gorging yourself. Worse yet let’s go back to that cake. You take a bite out of a piece of chocolate cake and afterwards you say something like “this chocolate cake is to d i e for” now is it really, really to d i e for? I mean, if your child or your spouse runs out into the street in front of a car, might you run out to save their life because of course they are to die for. If there is a piece of chocolate cake in the middle of the road about to get run over, you think you’d run out and grab that cake risking the possibility of losing your life, of course not. Now is that cake really, really to die for? No way, so is that a good message/program to give your subconscious mind? Of course not!
… Or maybe even worse; I know it’s getting depressing, and you’re probably feeling a little guilty; you say to yourself one of the absolute worst instructions you could possibly say to yourself if your goal is to finally, once and for all become thin and that is “I want to lose the weight” what’s so bad about that you ask?
… Absolute worse instruction you could ever give to your subconscious mind if your goal is to become thin. Why you ask? First, it’s very confusing to the subconscious mind. Well let’s think about it, what have we programmed into our subconscious mind over and over and over again about losing, what do we believe about losing, pain or pleasure? We hate losing, don’t we? We are programmed that losing sucks, equals pain. What else do we believe about losing? All day long we lose things with nonstop repetition, you lose your keys (pain) and you realize it, what immediately do you want to do, that’s right, find your keys, and when you do pleasure. You lose a thought in your head (pain) you search to find it and when you do, pleasure, you lose a remote control (pain), you go on an all-out mission to find it don’t you? And when you find it, pleasure. You give yourself a goal/instruction to lose the weight and what happens in no time you find it again don’t you? Once again an absolutely terrible, damaging, confusing, message to give to your subconscious mind, it’s a confusing/garbage (garbage in garbage out) instruction if your objective was to become fat-free and fabulously fit forever. However, just perfect, if you just want to yo-yo diet for the rest of your life.
Words and sentences often have a double meaning or an altogether different meaning to the conscious and subconscious mind. Example: take the word try, if I was to ask you to try to pass me a pen consciously you would reason (only the conscious mind has this ability) with yourself and you would likely end up passing me a pen. However, to your subconscious mind, the word try means to attempt, it takes everything literally and the moment that you passed me the pen you failed trying, didn’t you, your subconscious mind looks at that as you failed. In this simple instruction trying to pass somebody a pen it’s understandable that you could easily be successful at least from your conscious mind’s point of view.
But in much more complex tasks it is simply guaranteeing failure, when you say things like “I’m going to try to do my best”, when the complexity of “best” may mean coordinating billions and billions of messages over the course of a project at work, an athletic competition, getting straight A’s in school, or whatever it is for you to have a bountiful, fruitful, and totally fulfilling life. In the example above we learned about the double meaning of lose didn’t we? So the designs of these programs/instructions are critical. We call these critical programs/instructions when designed properly and effectively WINstructions.
Here’s an example of a healthy WINstruction. Let’s take the guaranteeing failure program “I want to lose weight”. Better WINstruction “my normal body weight is 130 pounds and I am on a mission to find it by _____date.” Why is this a better WINstruction? Well using repetition your subconscious mind believes that normalcy is important and pleasurable to the subconscious mind, we are forever on a mission to “fit in” you move from where you live to another part of the country, you now have an accent a year or two later you don’t, consciously you don’t try to talk without an accent but subtly you change the way you say things for the most part it is subconscious, your conditioned by your environment, in other words, you weren’t in control, your environment was, in this example no damage perfectly fine but very often you become a victim of your environment and conditioned to fail.
Back to the weight loss sentence you want to fit in and soon you do, that’s why the word normal is incredibly powerful in this sentence it is clear, concise, and even slightly grandiose, a much more powerful meaning to the subconscious mind, then to the conscious mind. Another example in this sentence the word “future” the tendency is to say I will reach my normal body weight by sometime in the future, or I will become successful, or I will become a great athlete, well if it’s sometime in the future that will go on forever remember you learned earlier that your subconscious mind believes everything you tell it that’s not filtered by the critical/analytical factor, so you need to take ownership of the weight that you want to possess as though you possess it now.
The word ownership has extraordinary value/meaning to the subconscious mind as well; we all have this extraordinary desire to own stuff, you need to own your weight that you want to be. You take no ownership of your weight, if you say my goal is to weigh 130 pounds or whatever it may be. Right now you must take ownership of this 130 pound weight as being yours/normal once again because owning/possessing and normalcy are incredibly important to the subconscious mind. There is another extremely powerful word in that sentence take a moment look and see if you can figure it out.
Here’s a sentence again: “my normal body weight is 130 pounds and I am on a mission to find it by _____date.” What do you think, what did you come up with? If you said mission you’re absolutely right why is mission so powerful, because we’ve been programmed all our lives, through movies, TV, stories, books, that it’s good/pleasurable to be on a mission and even much more important through repetition, that missions no matter how difficult seem to always be accomplished, for example mission impossible, and what do we discover by watching, all missions are possible and more important accomplished no matter how outrageously impossible, that’s Rambo like movies for you. That’s right, they are accomplished.
So what appears to be a completely innocent set of instructions to become thin, such as I want to lose weight, is completely counterproductive and what seems like a somewhat strange, unusual sentence such as; “my normal body weight is 130 pounds and I am on a mission to find it by _____date.” is a sentence full of extraordinary meaning to the subconscious mind. But still really not a perfect, so therefore not a WINstruction why now? Because it’s a future date so an even better instruction or WINstructions is “my happy normal body weight is 130 pounds and every day I am on a mission to find my sexy, attractive, beautiful weight. Or even better take complete ownership now for the weight that you want to be by simply saying “I weigh a sexy attractive 130 pounds” even though you might be 250 pounds.
And create an image in your mind of yourself possessing/owning that weight and believe, have faith this image is your weight, this is who you are, this is you, it’s not what you want to be, it’s not what you will be, it is right now, what you are! That’s one aspect of the science of WINstructions. Same goes with anything that you want to do, believe, believe, believe, and have the faith of a mustard seed, that you are now what you want to be.
Another example, you want to improve your memory, you don’t say I will have a photographic memory, terrible, unless you simply wanted to be in the future forever and never achieve it, in other words the future never comes if every day you say to yourself, I will obtain/become, as long as you keep telling yourself it’s going to be in the future, it will be in the future and you’ll never enjoy it today. It needs to be now so what would a WINstruction be? “I have this extraordinary photographic memory, I simply see something once, hear something once, and it’s planted in my mind and available to me at any time for instant recall, yes it’s amazing I have the most extraordinary memory that man has ever seen before and will ever see the likes of again”. Yikes! Yes, easier said than done, that’s why WINstructionsOS is more than simply the proper code for the subconscious mind; it’s an all-encompassing automatic system where the instructions/code are a critical part but still just a part of the overall system.
This here example relating to weight is really a very basic, simple, black and white instruction, I use it to make the point however WINstructions to improve a skill set, or athletic ability, or to avoid procrastination, are much more complicated, and the words that you use are much more important. Very often the set of instructions that you give to your subconscious mind are more damaging than helpful. WINstructionsOS operating system™ is designed to ensure that you only give your subconscious mind the most perfect, clear, concise set of WINstructions in turn living a loving, happy, content, accomplished, successful, abundant and constantly fulfilling life. Proverbs 17:22-a merry heart do with good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
4) It is impossible, let’s stop and take a moment, what does impossible mean? That’s right, impossible means, it can’t happen, it won’t happen. So, now that we are clear, let me start again. It is impossible; to lie to your-self for 21 consecutive (key) days in a row three times a day. Yes that’s right, it is impossible, it cannot happen, after 21 consecutive days, three times a day, it’s no longer a lie, let me say that one more time, it ceases, stops being a lie. Take a moment; think about this, what does that mean? I think you may be getting it, that’s right it stops being a lie because you believe it; it becomes part of “you”, it is who you is, it is part of who you be, yes I know not great English you’ll understand later, your subconscious mind’s belief/security structure. Now of course, it’s a lie to everyone around you, and maybe even your conscious mind, but most important, it’s the perfection of truth/belief to your subconscious mind.
The science, of this three times a day, for 21 consecutive day cycle, is called a WINcycle. It’s actually very difficult to lie to yourself for 21 straight days, around the 18th to 20th day (hump the scientific term); your mind will play amazing tricks on you, to get you to stop. It resists change, or at least the critical/analytical factor does, it does not embrace it whatsoever. If you give in, by just missing one day, you must start all over again. During this time it’s critical that you don’t miss one day, if your objective is, once and for all, to take control of your operating system. That’s why WINosp is so powerful; to make sure you make it through, even the hump because it’s automatic, it works with or without you.
WINlearning™ system of speed learning
In life we go through 4 very distinct stages of learning WINosp technology is designed to speed you from stage 1 to stage 4 in a very short period of time (21 days typically) using WINstructiontools.
Stage I) Unconsciously Incompetent what does this mean? Unconscious means unaware, incompetence means not capable, so you are unaware that you’re not capable. Very dangerous stage because normally you think you know it all, you think it’s easy. Example first time you get into a car with standard transmission. As a kid, you watched your parents driving for years; it looked so easy, didn’t it? Then you try for the first time, to put it in gear, let go to brake, ease back on the clutch, give it a little gas, hold onto the steering wheel, look at the road ahead, all at the same time and you stall the car and probably say something like “this is so stupid” and now you realize you’re unconsciously incompetent, no you probably don’t use those words, but you realize it’s lot harder than it looks. And you “realize” have no idea what you’re doing.
Stage II) Consciously Incompetent now you don’t know what you’re doing and you realize it, your conscious of it, very important step, at this point you typically open your mind, you pay attention, and the critical analytical factor of your conscious mind becomes most of the time at least a bit more receptive.
Stage III) Consciously Competent so what does this mean, conscious aware and competence capable so at this stage you now know what to do but you have to think about it, key here is think/reason/consider/process, all slowing down how quickly you can react and how many tasks you can do all at the same time, not ideal especially if you want to become the best at hitting a golf ball, or pitching in baseball or any sport. Go back to driving that car, you now know how to ease out the clutch, let off the brake, give it gas but its awkward, you’re consciously thinking about it, it’s not natural, you’re not comfortable, and it’s not instinctual.
Stage IV) Unconsciously Competent what does this mean; this is the stage you want to be in with every activity you do. This is where you want to get to, in every area that you want to improve, let’s take the example that we used above, driving, once you get to this stage not only are you letting out the brake and clutch simultaneously, you’re putting it into gear, giving it gas, drinking a coffee, smoking a cigarette, waving to your friends, talking on the phone, all at the same time, you’re no longer thinking about it with your conscious mind, it’s a subconscious effort or should I really say effortless. Yes your subconscious mind can not only do all that plus millions of other tasks effortlessly and simultaneously, for example it is said just utter a single sound it takes a couple hundred muscles coordinated in exactly a proper manner when was the last time you thought about that? With this technology of WINstructionsOS operating system and using WINstructiontools that are designed to get you to stage IV faster than you ever imagined.

WINstructions belief/security understanding… What does it mean that WINstructions enter the subconscious mind and become part of the belief/security structure of the subconscious mind? Think of it this way, the belief-set of values, lets relate it to weight for a moment, a belief would be “I know exactly how much I need to eat to nutritionally satisfy my body I never eat more” security structure-a trait, something that is “I become full twice as fast on half the food because my stomach is tiny” I know it doesn’t seem black and white right now, I purposely picked something so closely related, another way to look at it is a belief is something that you reason with, a security structure is simply something that “is” there is no reasoning involved, or at least almost none. Reread those two sentences and think about it that way, both sentences kind of mean the same thing but they affect the mind differently as part of this program I have a whole seminar devoted to this.
Here’s another example, “I have unhuman like strength” a trait, a security structure. “I know exactly how to apply my unhuman like strength when I play football”. That’s a belief, a set of values it takes some reasoning, the reason this is important is because what in your subconscious mind is the “is” just happens, however the belief happens justly, if you simply had extraordinary strength and didn’t know how to use it, would you be more effective? Certain areas that you want to improve are more related to beliefs, and other ones to the security structure traits, the ones that are related to the security structure/traits are nonparticipatory WINstructions and therefore very simple, reactionary, instinctual, however beliefs/set of values related WINstructions are participatory, you play a part, you are involved, the filter is changed and improved.
Certain sports, activities often are more one or the other and the extreme, the sport of golf, a real mind game, is much more related to beliefs whereas boxing more related to security structure, but clearly every area of improvement is a combination of both. So if all you want to improve was strength clearly a trait part of security structure but there’s also beliefs associated with it that are important. WINstructions in order to be highly effective, so one can reach limitless possibilities, focus on the belief and security structure. To make the beliefs highly, highly effective and truly give you the winning edge you will have to understand how you participate in them and make sure that you listen to the seminar on beliefs/security understanding and in no time you will be unconsciously competent.
