Your adventure now officially begins; we are now building you, maybe for the first time, be the person that you always dreamed of being, you engineering you. You in control, not your environment, not advertisers, not the way the wind-blows, but, you building and engineering you. You’re likely focus is to, find your normal body weight (the weight that you want to be), or to stop smoking and we are going to focus on that, however you’ll discover you can use this technology to be a better parent, student, boss, employee, friend, provider, make more money, confidence, self-esteem, athlete, whatever it is that you aspire to, truly limitless-possibilities.
Building on the foundation of WINsuits™
As we start the process of engineering you and creating the person that you want to be, it’s important that we start on a solid foundation, so “your house” will not crumble. The foundation that we build on is called WINsuits.
There are three attributes/beliefs/security structures/traits (reminder link the language/code of the subconscious (finally become all you dreamed up)) that you possess “right now” called WINsuits that energize you either in a positive way or negative way. The key though is that they energize you. If it is in a negative way, we can fix that. I will help you discover what yours are, and strengthen them even further, but most important, engineer the new you on the solid foundation that you already have, your three WINsuits.
Discovering your WINsuits
Your first WINsuit normally forms between the age of 3 and 6, the second between 9 and 16, and your third between 18 and 25. These are three beliefs/security structures/attributes/traits, and for now we will refer to them simply as traits, normally formed around something that happened in your life during this period of time that for one reason or another impacted you in some way.
I will share mine with you and the logic behind them. And as I do, think about yours. I have worked with thousands of people, and eventually we’ve always found three. But often you have to search and what you think is one today, you may discover is not one tomorrow, not that it changed, it’s just that you may not have got it right.
It’s not so important that you get all three perfect, it’s important though that you identify at least one to start with. As you build on them, discover in the process of using them, as a foundation. If they are the right ones, the right WINsuits will remain energizing, if not in no time, you will gravitate towards the right one. Often as you build on the wrong one, the right one appears or becomes obvious. Next session I will share mine with you. Use the same logic to consider and think about yours and remember they are used for energy and that they may be positive or negative right now, that doesn’t matter. Often they start as negative and are turned into a positive.
So before we do some exercises to help you discover your three WINsuits, think about them between now and the next session, think about those three times in your life that you may have developed, very often as a result of an adversity, a special strength, a way of “being” that “is” ingrained, and you.
What are your three WINsuits? Think about that, reflect.
